Couple more mods and we now have an awesome new toilet.

Where are we today ?

      We have a perfect day to some inside repairs.  Overcast, rainy and cool. So at 8:30 this morning I began the install of our new toilet, expecting a few minor issues and yep we had some. Not a big deal but took a few hours to get things all done. Couple modifications to do. Easy to do and all done.

     The main issue was the anchor bolts did not line up. So to the local Hardware store in town and picked up this adapter ring as seen below. But a minor problem here it raises the toilet 1/4 inch above the floor. Not good, we rocking and rolling all over the place.
      So not to modify even more. Picked up a small piece of plexiglass and cut it to size and sure did the trick. Almost. Jus a tiny piece of plywood make it all fit.

      Below is the new install. Same high profile with a ceramic bowl with no rim too a bonus!. Nice and easy to clean.

       Now to relax for a few minutes and our friends Bill and Patsy arrive from London. Checked out their new amazing 5th wheel, They plan to go fulltime next year.

        While we enjoyed a "Happy Hour" here we had our chicken on the Q right beside us. Turned out perfect too as usual.

          Now that was another wonderful day, even decent weather too..
